Located on the edge of Hayden’s city limits, the 5,500 sf Lancaster Market is a one-of-a-kind market and fueling station.
LTA Architects worked with Paragon Solutions (who provided the concept design) to create a stylish, modern fueling facility that accommodates a convenience store, fueling station, San Francisco Sourdough Eatery, and a rotating “Beers on Tap” beer cave with branded growlers you can fill up and enjoy.
Inside the market, light from the clerestory windows and expansive glass floods the interior, highlighting the high ceilings and exposed glue-laminated beams.
The interior floors are grind and polished concrete, which provide durable, ultra-low maintenance flooring to withstand the high volume of foot traffic. On the exterior, stone veneer, metal, and cement fiber siding provide a minimal maintenance solution to face our North Idaho winters. The fueling station accommodates conventional as well as diesel vehicles.
The northern end of Hayden is continuing to grow both commercially and residentially. The Lancaster Market (conveniently located on the intersection of Lancaster Road and Highway 95) is in a prime spot enabling those headed north to stop in for some quick necessities!
