Who We Are

LTA Architects has provided quality architectural services for both commercial and residential projects since being founded (as g.d. longwell architects) in 1981. Throughout our history, we have always been committed to delivering the highest design quality, technical expertise, and hands-on principal/client involvement for each project we undertake. In our four decades of experience, we have developed an innovative approach to architecture that involves listening carefully to our clients, learning from them, and leading them through the entire design process, from programming through construction. 

Our goal is to create buildings that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally responsible and functionally appropriate, providing long-lasting value to our clients. Some of our recently completed projects include the new Non-Profit Companions Animal Center, feasibility studies for our surrounding school districts, varying-sized medical facilities, custom lake homes, and more.

Let's Work Together

At LTA Architects, we are committed to providing quality service and design to our clients. Our policy is to assign a Principal-In-Charge and at least one Project Manager to each project, ensuring that every project receives the personalized attention it deserves. Our staff members are responsible to the owner from the beginning through the post-occupancy review of a project, and decisions regarding each project are made through joint efforts with the Owner, Principal-In-Charge, and the Project Manager. Our weekly team meetings provide input from the project team, ensuring that every project has principal involvement and personalized attention. At LTA Architects, we are dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with every project.
