ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE

LTA Architects is seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Associate with six+ years of experience who strongly desires to be involved in all aspects of design and enjoys juggling multiple roles and project sizes, types, and scopes.

Responsibilities: 

Be involved with the architectural process from concept to reality; Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications; Oversee the coordination of all project phases, from schematic design through to construction administration; Effectively communicate with contractors to ensure the successful implementation of designs; Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and building codes to continuously enhance design quality and innovation; Provide mentorship to other team members as needed.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (with the desire for pursuing architectural licensure) with six+ years of architectural experience. Skilled in the latest version of AutoCAD and Revit software, with heavy experience in construction documentation production. Candidate must have strong communication, analytical, writing, and graphic skills.
