Coeur d’Alene Resort’s main floor had not been updated in over fifteen years. We were charged with revitalizing the resort, thus creating a modern and inviting space to enrich the guest experience.

The main floor of Coeur d’Alene Resort underwent a complete transformation, with upgraded finishes and reconfigured public spaces. The Dockside Restaurant now boasts a new kitchen layout and refreshed finishes, while the main lobby and seating areas were revitalized with new materials and LED lighting. We expanded the exercise facility, and the old Shore Lounge was transformed into a new meeting space. An elevator has been added to provide handicapped access to the second-level deck and guest rooms, and the second-level outdoor pool has been removed to create a large outdoor entertainment deck. Whispers Lounge has undergone a complete remodel and expansion, now featuring a glass-screened outdoor deck as a seasonal expansion. The existing lobby fireplace has also been redesigned and built to match the new aesthetic. Overall, the new finishes include wood grain plank tile flooring, wall finishes, granite countertops, wood wraps on structural columns, acoustical ceiling tiles, carpet, and cabinets. The result is a modern and inviting space that will enhance the guest experience at Coeur d’Alene Resort.
