The new Shoshone County Fire District 2 fire station built to replace the old Kellogg City Hall facility is a state-of-the-art structure that meets all necessary building codes, including ADA requirements. The new station boasts four apparatus bays, providing ample space for all fire vehicles without storing any outside. The facility also features sleeping quarters for seven personnel, living facilities for fire and emergency operations staff, a kitchen, a decontamination room with an extractor, and a workout/fitness room.
