The Seright family has expanded their hardware empire by opening their latest Ace Hardware store in Rathdrum, Idaho. The Rathdrum store marks its third locally-owned hardware store in the Coeur d’Alene/Post Falls area and aims to bring Rathdrum its very own hardware supplier. The new 20,000 sf store features CMU walls, steel bar joists, single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and a polished concrete floor. The entrance tower acts as a focal point for the building, clad with 2×12 wood siding pulled from the original 1890s homestead barn, which was original to the site. 

The entire site development for Ace Hardware and adjacent pad sites for potential future developments was thoughtfully planned and executed. The Idaho Transportation Department was consulted to develop a smooth right-in/right-out access driveway onto Highway 41, providing access for all three lots.
