We chose a modern rustic-ranch-like aesthetic for our new home. Material elements used on the exterior of the LTA Office Building include a stacked stone resembling stacked limestone, Schaferwood vertical siding (which gives the building the look of using reclaimed wood without cost), and exposed timber trusses. The building looks like it has been on the property for a long time, but it’s new and modern.
The interior mixes bits and pieces of old-school and modern-style charm. Exposed beams, a vaulted ceiling in the hallway, LVT resembling weathered hardwood flooring, and a fresh coat of white paint give the interior a unique contemporary feel. Spaces inside consist of a reception area, conference room, library, workstations for six, three offices, restrooms, a small kitchen area, and a large work area over the garage. Large windows throughout the building allow the beauty of nature to come inside.
