LTA successfully designed a Cape Cod-style beach house for the homeowners’ lot on the western shore of Hayden Lake. Despite the limitations of the long, narrow lot, we incorporated substantial lake-view access to the main living spaces, including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Additionally, the master suite and home office feature similar views with their large windows, located on the second floor above the main floor living spaces. The design also includes a detached guest house behind the primary residence, providing a place for extended family to stay when visiting. With classic white trim and siding accents, the buildings all come together beautifully. The homeowners can now enjoy their stunning lake views and cozy Cape Cod-style beach house.
