Bryan Elementary School Remodel

Bryan Elementary School’s modernization project was a resounding success. The school’s cramped and outdated facilities were transformed into a modern and energy-efficient space that meets the needs of students and staff alike.

The project included a complete overhaul of the classrooms, restrooms, and corridors, as well as the addition of new program spaces like an administration building, gymnasium, library, and computer lab. The school’s infrastructure was also upgraded with new HVAC systems, fire sprinklers, plumbing, and electrical.

Energy efficiency was a top priority for the project, and the building now boasts high-efficiency windows, LED lighting, added insulation, and DDC controls for the mechanical system. The new window wall infills and exterior doors also contribute to the school’s energy efficiency.

Improved site circulation and parking were also a key focus of the project. The addition of a new bus loop and teacher parking lot on the west side of the building has separated parents and buses, mitigating congestion during school dismissal. This has also doubled the available parking on site, providing ample space for staff and visitors. Overall, the modernization project at Bryan Elementary School has transformed the school into a modern and functional learning environment that is energy-efficient, safe, and inviting for students, staff, and visitors.
